Locale has enlisted the help of award winning mixologist Andy Pearson to develop our cocktail menu. In keeping with Locale’s ethos which is to deliver inventive and authentic Italian fare, Pearson’s 25 strong cocktail list will be inspired by Italian flavours and will feature Italian ingredients, including liqueurs such as Grappa, Limoncello and Frangelico. Innovative and original options will sit happily alongside classic cocktails that have been updated with a contemporary Italian twist.
As with Locale’s philosophy on their food, the new cocktails will be made using fresh ingredients, many of which are sourced from Italy itself or made directly on site.
Our house cocktail. Italian wild strawberry liqueur with Prosecco.
A great Italian drink! Campari, sweet vermouth topped with Prosecco.
A vodka classic with an Italian twist made with sweet homemade tomato juice, basil and balsamic vinegar.
Fresh mint muddled with Bacardi Superior Rum, lime, mint and sugar.
Elderflower and Hendricks Gin muddled with cucumber.
Essence of hazelnuts & blackberries with smokey undertones. Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, Johnny Walker Black Label, fresh blackberries & lime.
A modern classic from Brazil. Fresh limes crushed with white cane sugar flooded with Sagatiba cachaca and crushed ice.
Made to the original recipe, Finlandia Vodka, Grand Marnier, cranberry juice shaken Sex In The City style.
A sugar cube steeped in Angostura, bathed in cognac and topped with Hennessy Fine De Cognac.
Fresh raspberries & blackberries muddled with passion fruit and shaken with Finlandia vodka and Chambord.
This Martini combines sweet vanilla & butterscotch with the citrus zing of lemons, a great one for a sweet tooth.
A 'berry' delicious twist on the classic made with a fresh blackberry & Chambord.

By using Illy coffee liquer we’ve made this classic even more Italian. A great pick me up with fresh espresso & vodka.
The ‘Don’ of all whisky cocktails Bailie Nicol Jarvie Scotch stirred with Tuaca Italian liqueur. With citrus and vanilla undertones.
Blackberries, lemon juice with sugar syrup combine with Bombay Sapphire gin over crushed ice to make this refreshing classic.
A cool mix of vodka with fresh apple juice and mint shaken and strained.
This combination of Cognac, Grand Marnier & lemon juice has a warm but zesty flavour with a light ginger ale finish.
