COCKTAILS - WINTER COLLECTION
Locale has enlisted the help of award winning mixologist Andy Pearson to develop our cocktail menu. In keeping with Locale’s ethos which is to deliver inventive and authentic Italian fare, Pearson’s 25 strong cocktail list will be inspired by Italian flavours and will feature Italian ingredients, including liqueurs such as Grappa, Limoncello and Frangelico. Innovative and original options will sit happily alongside classic cocktails that have been updated with a contemporary Italian twist.
As with Locale’s philosophy on their food, the new cocktails will be made using fresh ingredients, many of which are sourced from Italy itself or made directly on site.

Aperol Spritz
The classic Italian aperitivo with Aperol, Prosecco and sparkling mineral water
Apricot Fizz
Bombay Sapphire gin and Apricot Liqueur with orange juice and lemon juice
Blackberry and Apple Breeze
Bacardi, Chambord, crushed Blackberries and apple juice
Peach Julep
Jack Daniels muddled with fresh peach puree and mint leaves topped with lemonade
The Original Mojito
A classic loved by all. Bacardi superior rum muddled with lime, mint and sugar

Try a different direction. Spiced Bacardi rum, lime, mint and sugar topped with a splash of ginger beer
Eldeflower Collins
A refreshing long cooler with Bombay Sapphire gin, elderflower liquer, fresh lemon juice & soda
Cinful Mule
Sugar and spice combine with tropical fruit in this long refreshing drink. Cinnamon infused Bacardi gold rum, Krupnik honey liqueur, lychee purée, fresh lime juice topped with ginger beer.
