Parma ham, selection of salami’s with roasted and marinated peppers, sweet and sour red onions, grilled and marinated courgettes, green beans, roasted cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, mushrooms in oil, aubergine caponata With rosemary and seasalt focaccia.
